정보대학에서는 외국인 학우들과의 원활한 소통과 더 나은 대학생활 지원을 위해

🌏Global Student Team(가칭)🌏을 새롭게 운영하고자 합니다.


본 팀은 외국인 학우들에게 중요한 정보를 효과적으로 전달하고,

학우들의 의견을 수렴하여 보다 나은 학내 환경을 만드는 데 기여하는 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.

📌 지원 자격

  - 정보대학 소속 외국인 학부생

  - 소통과 교류에 관심이 있고, 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 학생

  - (우대) 한국어와 영어로 기본적인 소통이 가능한 학생


📌 모집 절차

  ① 구글폼에서 지원서 작성 및 제출

        - 지원 기간 : 2026.05.06.(수) - 05.17.(일) 23:59

  ② 1차 합격자 및 면접 일정 통보

  ③ 대면 면접 진행

        - 일정 : 2026.05.19.(화) - 05.22.(금) 중 10분 내외 개인별 진행 예정

        - 면접은 대면으로 진행하며, 질병 등 부득이한 사유로 대면 면접 진행이 불가능할 경우, 협의를

           통해 비대면 면접 진행 가능

<Recruitment for Global Student Team>


The College of Informatics is pleased to announce the launch of the

🌏Global Student Team (tentative name)🌏


This team is designed to improve communication with international students

and to support a better campus experience.


Team members will help share important information with international students and collect

student feedback to contribute to a more inclusive and supportive academic environment.


We warmly encourage your interest and participation🤗


📌 Eligibility

  - International undergraduate students in the College of Informatics

  - Students who are interested in communication and active participation

  - (Preferred) Students who can communicate in both Korean and English at a basic level


📌 Application Process

  ① Submit Application (Google Form)

  ② Announcement of Shortlisted Applicants & Interview Schedule

  ③ Interview (In-person)

  •        - Period : May 19 (Tue) – May 22 (Fri), 2026
  •        - Each interview will take approximately 10 minutes per applicant
  •        - Interviews will be conducted in person
  •        - If in-person attendance is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness), 
  •          an online interview may be arranged upon request

  ④ Final Results Announcement


📌 Main Responsibilities

  - Deliver and guide important announcements for international students

  •   - Support the activation of the international student community
  •   - Collect feedback from international students and suggest improvements
  •   - Collaborate with relevant units (Student Council, Administration Office, etc.)
